Investigator Ross: "Le'Monjello, you need to tell me what happened if you want to cut a deal."
Le'Monjello: "I'm a transfer student from Antartica and I don't fit in. You don't understand. I've been working for the past 7 years on this research. It's supposed to reverse global warming. When it is released into the air, it absorbs all the toxins and re establishes the ozone layer. Charlemange and Vanellope were envious because they had been researching Megalodon existence for the past 12 years and their results were destroyed when a 18ft wave came upon their boat. Not only did Charlemange and Vanellope have their results destroyed, Kyndle and Hatch had all their data destroyed in a lab fire, which was set by a fellow student. The others hated me because Dr. Who favoured me due to the fact that my research was ongoing. Dr. Who was not the type of professor who was willing to help his students, all he wanted was his name on a successful paper with none of the work involved. In order to get Hatch, Kyndle, Charlemange and Vanellope back into research, Dr. Who assigned them to my research to help finish the project. Not long after, I noticed some data missing from Hatch's section that he was assigned. I confronted him about the missing data when things went south. Hatch had stated that I do not deserve to publish my research and the only reason I was getting this opportunity is because their data was sabotaged. I suggested that we co-publish the paper since they had helped me finish my research, but he said that was not enough and he deserved all the credit for the long hours and hard work he put in. As I was leaving the lab, he grabbed me and the next thing I knew he was lunging at me with a knife. I managed to grab it and turn it the other way, so when he lunged the knife ended up in his chest. By the time I realized what had happened, it was too late, I tried CPR but he was gone. I didn't know what to do, I had to protect myself. I cleaned up the blood and disposed of the knife out back. I didn't mean to, and I truly regret it, but it was self defence. I told my brother when the story became public because I didn't know what else to do. His first instinct was to protect me and try to destroy the evidence. He broke into the lab last night and destroyed what he thought was my DNA but clearly it wasn't. He didn't mean to implicate the investigator, he was just trying to help. I'm sorry for all the trouble I have cause, but please help me now."
Investigator Ross: "Since, it is suspected that it was in self defence that this occurred, your brother will be let free with no charges for tampering with DNA evidence and a lesser charge will be pleaded for yourself. By confessing, you have helped us greatly and I thank you for being honest."
